Nanomesh™ - The Seldon Nanotube Technology
Seldon has developed a proprietary material that is the first to successfully harness the unique properties of the carbon nanotube for the purification of fluids.
By using a scalable wet-laid reel to reel production process to build a nonwoven material out of evenly dispersed nanotubes fused together, Seldon has created a product that has many significant and cost effective applications in the purification of water.
The carbon nanotube, discovered in the early 1990’s, is well understood by scientists in this field to be the strongest material ever made. Nanotubes can also be functionalized with other molecules to alter their treatment characteristics. Seldon has developed very tight control over the specific composition and production process of the Nanomesh™ material.
By specifically altering these variables, it can control such characteristics as the Nanomesh™ strength, porosity, flux rate, and treatment capabilities. This control enables Seldon to create unique and specific products for water purification.
Numerous independent research studies have established that the multi-walled carbon nanotube possesses unique ground-breaking ability to remove contaminants from water and other fluids.
Seldon owns important intellectual property; as it has secured two significant US patents for its filtration materials, processes and uses which are registered in target markets.

The Seldon Water Division
Specializes in the development of a transformational separation; purification and fluid cleaning technology with carbon nanotube ("CNT”) mesh filtration (“Nanomesh”) that represent the next generation of disposable filtration products for cleaning water. Seldon's filtration product focus is; new point of use (POU) drinking water products to replace existing technologies. Seldon's products clean water without the use of heat, chemicals, power, ultraviolet light or contact time, in a cost effective manner at high flow rates. Seldon’s clean green technology products improve both the environment and offer enhanced performance to the customer. Seldon drinking water products are will supplant incumbent water filtration systems because they offer higher filtration performance at a lower cost per gallon. Seldon products represent a fundamental shift in water filtration; and are the first significant new technology in fifty years in the water industry.
